Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions


These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between UK Musha ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate" or "You"). By participating in the Company's Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program To become an affiliate, you must complete our affiliate application and agree to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.


2. Affiliate Commissions


  • You will earn a commission of 10% on all eligible sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
  • Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
  • Commissions are paid monthly via Sterling bank deposit only.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.


3. Affiliate Responsibilities

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to:


  • Promote our products and services in a manner that aligns with our company values.
  • Promote sales to responsible adults and refrain from targeting underage users.
  • Encourage responsible use of our products.
  • Avoid spamming or engaging in any deceptive marketing practices.
  • Refrain from operating coupon websites or using unauthorized coupons in your promotions.
  • Use our logos and brand materials as provided but do not misrepresent yourself as the Company or create any confusion.


4. Termination The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any actions that may harm our brand or reputation.


5. Changes to the Program The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program, these Terms, or commission rates at any time. We will provide notice of any changes via email or through our affiliate portal.


6. Liability The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program. We make no warranties or representations regarding the potential for earnings through the program.


7. Confidentiality Affiliates may receive confidential information from the Company during the course of the program. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.


8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


9. Agreement By enrolling in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
