The common name of Blue Meanies is a common name given to two different species and has caused some confusion. These are the Psilocybe Cubensis species, but the other species is Panaeolus Cyanescens. The P. Cyanescens is a much stronger mushroom with about double the content of psilocybin as P. Cubensis.
