Warranty and product satisfaction

We guarantee all our products. We offer 120 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. This is extended on any products that carry a best before date, such as our grow kits, so they are guaranteed until their expiry date or 120 days, whichever is longest. We also guarantee all deliveries, so if it is not delivered, arrives broken or any other issues, we'll send you a replacement or sort out the situation, oh and all deliveries are tracked for your convenience!

Our grow kits are made to be 100% sterile. This means our grow kits do not need to be stored in the fridge before use. They are sealed in a sterile environment and we guarantee they stay sterile until used.

Should you have any issues, please take photos and send them to us and we will gladly replace or refund your products.
